- "Vineyards of La Cadiere D’Azur, France”
36” x 48” – Oil on canvas – I love this large painting, and the fact that I did it entirely with a palette knife gives me satisfaction. On a sunny day in Provence, while tasting wine I strolled outside to see more closely the beautiful pinks of a heavily flowered bush. The quaint house in the background is of my imagination and substituted an unattractive storage facility. The final composition is more akin to reality in that region.
- “Vanessa’s Avila”
16” x 20” – The Avila is a main peak in a mountain range that borders the city of Caracas on its northern side. In the city of Caracas one’s true north, is one’s true guide, in other words, a person can’t get lost there. Just look up and the mountains guide you. As you can see, I have painted the Avila mountain range several times. It is a favorite amongst those that know and love the valley of Caracas.
- “El Avila”
